The Villa Porto that I know is located just metres from the sea on a little side road between Kapareli Taverna and Rula's tourist/souvenire shop. Its up a few steps with a little vine covered veranda out front to watch the world go by from and enjoy a predinner G n T.
Can't remember the interior as its a number of years since we have been inside, and its had a refirb since then.
In the heart of the village.
All the village amenities are on your doorstep and the beach 100 metres away with loungers and brollys to hire, 5 Tavernas, 2 bars, 2 minimarkets, 2 tourist souvenire shops, 3 boat hire outlets  and a tourist office.
Nice walks to Kerasia or Avlaki in the other direction, or round the headland to explore little hidden coves and bays normally only accessible by boat, bit hot in the summer though.
We can often be found in Kapareli Taverna, where we celebrated our golden wedding anniversary last September.
Bob.

Ah, thank you Bob :-) What a pity we'll miss you. I'm sure we'll have a super time; we had a late-Autumn mini break in San Stef a couple of years ago and it was wonderful. It'll be our first 'full' holiday in San Stef. As the gradients of Loustri and Agni have finally done it for our collective knees, this year we are moving 'upstream' as it were! xx

PS While I'm here! Could you possibly reel off the names of the supermarkets for me please? One in particular was very helpful; they did a delivery for us and gave us a lovely welcome, even down to the gift of a pot of local honey. We would very much like to use it again and I want to make contact but I can't for the life of me remember its name! As soon as I see it in print I'll recognise it immediately!

Hazel, in the village itself there are two mini markets, the original, Christinas up the steps at the Kerassia end of the village, the other at the other end I don't know its name. Then there are two others Gianni's Supermarket up in the main village of Sinies by the roundabout as you come down off the main coast road. Then there is Nico's Supermarket on the corner of the Avlaki road as it joins the coast road towards Kassiopi.
I believe all will deliver but don't quote me.
Bob.
