Sue and I (Ray) arrive on June 11th.  June 15th is our 15th Wedding Anniversary (Crystal) and I was wondering what you may think is the poshest restaurant in Kassiopi for a nice, possibly candlelit, meal? Star

If we get lucky, perhaps some of those roaming musicians will turn up at our table to play us a nice love song LOL

I was also thinking of buying a Crystal gift whilst on Corfu.  I guess taking a trip into Corfu Town may be the best thing to do for this.

Thank you for your suggestions, Ray (and Sue).

Hi To Kyma seems to be more of an market restaurant in Kassiopi. I have gleaned this information by reading the forum as have yet to visit myself. Hope this helps. Sure more will come on with their own recommendations.

Hi, Yanis is a favourite and Trigioli on the headland (not sure if thats the correct spelling) you can watch the sun go down from either of them, very romantic.  We went to Trigioli on our wedding anniversary a couple of years ago and would highly recommend.  Its our wooden (5th) anniversary today, will have our celebrations once out there, roll on Friday!!!  Hope you have a lovely time wherever you decide to go

I agreee with Elliemay To Kyma would be a great restaurant to celebrate. We had the musicians come round in May and few a few more Euros if you ask them to play something specail (and the know it) they are very obliging.

Hi,
My husband, I and a friend went to To Kyma this evening for a meal. I can now personally recommend it. The setting is fabulous, just overlooking Kassiopi harbour.
The restaurant and food were fantastic, as was the service. OK, it was a little more expensive than other restaurants in the area, but it was well worth it.
Saying that, the sweets to share were free, so no contest. Clap
For a special evening I would definitely recommend it. Smile

We went twice and my other half had the `chefs chicken` both times and said he would have it again! I had pork in filo with mushroom and cream sauce ...yumm and the complimentary panacotta pud was excellent. A romantic setting for your anniversary treat

Pleased you enjoyed it too Elliemay. A lovely place for that special meal and as you say, the setting is fabulous. It's also not as expensive as some others in Kassiopi.

We ate in the Triogoli around the headland. Very nice but spending 100 Euros stung! Too windy to sit outside where the beach view would have been better. Indoors was like sitting in a greenhouse. I had to wear sun glasses, until the sun went down. Would have spent even more if I ordered the fish they showed me at 35 Euros (on weight). Probably will not make a return visit this trip. But nice if you are feeling flush.
