The web camera server was kindly donated by Angela and Graham. Thanks for their help, advice and support in keeping it running.

The three web cameras used at our taverna are:
  • JettyCam: A Sony video camera donated by a customer - Chris Anson. He gave me the camera, because he wanted a clearer picture! This is connected to a video capture card.
  • Tempcam:  This camera is a Logitech Pro 3000 - a little bit overpowered for the job.
  • TavernaCam (livecam): Last year I used the Logitech Camera, but due to the bright sun outside, the camera often had problems with the auto exposure and showed the inside tables a little dark. I am currently looking for an alternative.
I plan for next year to have a movable camera that can be controlled over the Internet!
(Remember that the times are local - Corfu is two hours ahead of GMT - and the cameras update every hour.)
