This air conditioned villa is set out over two floors. The ground floor comprises a kitchen and breakfast area from where the pool and garden is accessed. Also on this floor is a formal dining room (whre additional 'folding beds' can be placed if required) and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Upstairs is a comfortable living room which benefits from large French windows that lead out onto a substantial covered terrace offering some very pleasing sea views. There are also two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a good sized family bathroom.
 

The modern kitchen is very well equipped, with a full sized oven and halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of work surface and storage space.
 

Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast area. There is also a door than convienently opens directly onto the BBQ terrace next to the pool.
 

Spiridoula has a separate dining room. Furnished in traditional manner, this room is just the right place to enjoy Greek food. If the thought of spending a while in the kitchen practicing your Greek cookery skills appeals, this is an excellent setting in which to serve up your culinary masterpiece!
 

The living room has a comfortable, homely feel to it. Large sofas invite you to relax and sink into them, whilst two sets of sliding glass doors lead out to covered terrace areas that make the most of the sea views Spiridoula has to offer.
 

The balcony is where you are quite likely to choose to spend many of your evenings, along with a bottle of wine, whilst being intoxicated by the views!
 

The upstairs master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

The upstairs twin bedroom is a light and airy space, and enjoys patio doors out onto a veranda which has views over the pool.
 

The ground floor bedroom is also a double. Simply but pleasantly furnished, it benefits from air conditioning, as do the other bedrooms.
 

Both the en suite bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom downstairs, and the family bathroom on the upper level are large and light. Each one has a full sized bath with shower attachment.

Coming through the gates to Spiridoula you are met by a plethora of flourishing shrubs and trees, many bearing colourful fruits and flowers, and interspersed with delicate roses that add to the scent of the garden. The lush gardens turn your private pool into a seculded oasis surounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and unbrellas.
 

As well as the private swimming pool, Spiridoula benefits from a built in barbecue, ideal for summertime alfresco dining. There is also an outhouse where the washing machine is located and private parking for villa guests.
 

Pool dimensions

The attractive pool is 3m x 9m in size.
 

The views that Villa Spiridoula enjoys out over San Stephanos and beyond, stretching across the Corfu Channel to the Albanian mountains beyond, are superb; and there is no better place to admire them than from the spacious covered terrace on the first floor of the property.

From this privileged position on the upper slopes of Sinies you are within 1.2km of the village amenities which include a bakery, mini-market and kafeneon (cafe). Kassiopi is just over 5km where a comprehensive range of restaurants, shops and three beaches are found. The Blue Flag pebble beach of Avlaki is about 3km from the house, as are the pretty bay, and waterfront tavernas of San Stefanos. For a fun day on the water, maybe hire a boat from the quayside and head off to explore the lovely indented coastline. Further beaches and tavernas can be found at Kouloura and Kalami, each a 10 minute drive from Spiridoula.
