 Overview
Built on one of the hillsides that enclose Kaminaki's small but perfect beach, Villa Petros looks down on to the beach itself and beyond, over the shimmering sea, with a view that encompasses much of the island of Corfu as well as the mainland. Petros is recently-built, modern and spacious, with rooms and terraces designed to make the most of the superb views.
A dazzling pool occupies a sensational position just in front of the villa. Well-equipped and comfortable, just a short walk from the beach, the two local tavernas and the useful minimarket, Petros is the ideal villa for people who do not want to move very far during their holiday.

Interior
The ground floor is a combined lounge, kitchen and dining room with corner fireplace and air conditioning. The two large patio doors overlook stunning views across the bay of Kaminaki and south to Corfu Town, giving the house a light and airy feel. A marble staircase leads up to the three spacious bedrooms, two of which have en suite facilities, and the main bathroom (where you will find the washing machine!). For additional comfort even on the hottest day, Villa Petros is air-conditioned throughout.

Kitchen & Living area
Comfortably furnished in an attractive modern local style enhanced by the use of neutral, restful colours, this large, sunny room is well-designed to fulfill its various functions. The corner kitchen area, open-plan, is very well equipped with dishwasher, full cooker and fridge freezer. Big sliding patio doors leading from the kitchen area to the poolside terrace, make it easy to enjoy al fresco meals in comfort.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom
The marble staircase leads to the top floor, with its three bedrooms. The master double bedroom, air-conditioned, with its en suite bathroom, is situated at the front of the house and overlooks the village of Kaminaki and the beach below.
There is an attractively co-ordinated colour scheme that complements modern fittings, built-in wardrobes and comfortable wooden furniture. A private, partly-shaded balcony means that quiet mooments can be enjoyed up here without interruption, in contemplation of the exquisite views.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is a twin, also with en suite facilities; it has a circular window overlooking the sea as well as patio doors leading to a private side terrace area.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is also a twin bedded room, and has patio doors opening onto a private side terrace with stone steps leading directly down towards the swimming pool area.

The master bedroom en suite, boasts a full size Jacuzzi bath with shower fitting, wc and fitted vanity unit with mirror.

House Bathroom
Next door to Bedroom 3, is the separate shower room, which is distinguished by its large circular window and fantastic view looking towards Corfu Town - on a really clear day you can see the Old Fortress! This shower room has a corner shower cubicle, wc and vanity unit with mirror. The washing machine is also housed here.

Outside
The Pool
Villa Petros is set off by a pool of quite stunning appearance. Comma shaped, it is set to one side of the hillside garden with its pathway directly to the beach below. The infinity-style swimming pool has fantastic views and is surrounded by terraces and walls of mellow local stone.
The entire pool area is very well furnished with chairs and tables, sunloungers and umbrellas.

Parking
Villa Petros also has its own private car parking area which is something of a luxury in Kaminaki. A hire car is only really necessary if you intend to explore other parts of Corfu Island.
Please Note
This property may not be suitable for the elderly or those with very young children. From the private parking area, the villa is accessed either via a short walk along the beach and up a steep path, or by a flight of steps with side ramp for wheeling suitcases or pushchairs.
Within a short walking distance is the beach, two tavernas and a small mini-market - you may never need to leave this quiet little bay for the duration of your holiday!

Kaminaki Corfu
Corfu's north-east coastline is spectacularly beautiful, but has remained uniquely unspoilt in spite of its celebrity-status.
Kaminaki is one of the small and enchanting bays that stud this coastline like jewels on a necklace. Still only a hamlet, with village houses occupied by their original local inhabitants, it has a mixture of modern and converted accommodation, two unpretentious tavernas (and others within easy reach), and water of Caribbean colours that laps against a gently shelving beach of pure white pebbles. One small shop and a complete absence of noisy evening entertainment are other virtues - evenings end here with a quiet drink overlooking the sea, conversation with new or old friends, and perhaps a skinny dip to round things off!
Kaminaki has its following of faithful visitors who return each year, and it is not hard to see that anyone could soon become addicted to this very special combination of exquisite scenery, perfect bathing, water sports suitable for kids and adults, and sheer, undemanding relaxation in a friendly atmosphere. Krouzeri Corfu
Krouzeri has a long beach (pebble and sand) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town (a small charge is payable to help with the running costs).
