Entry to the villa takes you into the well equipped kitchen and the comfortable sitting room, overlooking the pool and opening onto a large shaded terrace and outside dining room with magnificent views over Kalami. An evening spent here would be truly memorable. On the upper level there is also one twin bedded room and shower room. A wooden staircase leads to the lower level. The villa is fully air-conditioned. LayoutThe kitchen and sitting room, together with the first bedroom are on the same level. Two bedrooms and TV 'den' are on the lower floor and accessed via the internal staircase.
The modern kitchen includes a full oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. (A washing machine is housed in the upstairs shower room.)
The sitting room has comfortable settees, satellite TV and a stereo system.
There is also a TV 'den' downstairs with TV, video and DVD players, and a good supply of books. The seating is just right for 'couch potatoes'!
The villa has three bedrooms. A twin bedroom with shower room is on the upper level. The lower level, accessed by internal stairs, has a master double bedroom with shower en suite and a twin bedroom with its own shower room. All the bedrooms have French doors leading onto their own balcony, with magnificent views down to the bay, perfect for those early morning cups of coffee and croissants.

There are three modern bathrooms: one shower room next to the bedroom on the upper level, a shower room en suite to the master bedroom and a shared shower room for the twin bedroom downstairs.

The PoolThe large private pool has a children's area at one end and is surrounded by extensive sunbathing terraces. Pool Dimensions5m x 9.5m
Outside Dining RoomDouble doors lead from the sitting room on to the dining terrace where there is a super-size BBQ, for cooked breakfasts overlooking the bay.
Parking AreaThe private off road parking area is above the villa. The villa is reached via a number of steps down from the parking area. (The steps may not suit the elderly or infirm.)

KoulouraThe tiny fishing village of Kouloura is a working harbour, where many of the locals moor their boats. The view of the harbour is probably one of the most famous in the area, having been painted by many visiting artists. The main house is owned by the Italian Agnelli family (with Ferrari connection!) and is used as their holiday home. The nearby Taverna specializes in locally caught fish. Kouloura is an excellent example of a small traditional Greek bay that has not been influenced by tourism.
