Sitting high above the bays of Kouloura and Kalami, on the beautiful North-East coast of Corfu, Villa Nikos is to be found at the end of a private road, on the edge of the tiny mountainside hamlet of Vingla. This setting confers a good deal of peace and seclusion upon the villa, making it a highly recommended house for anyone in search of a really relaxed holiday. This exclusive villa (with the additional option of renting either one or both of the lower apartments) sleeps up to 14 people and was fully renovated for the 2006 season.
 

The villa, which is fully air-conditioned, is reached via a short stairway and the front door opens into the large high beamed lounge /dining room which has plenty of seating and large French windows leading onto the spacious balcony. From here the views are quite breathtaking. To the left of this main room is the fully fitted kitchen and to the right you will find three bedrooms, one double and two twin-bedded, together with two modern and spacious bathrooms with full sized bath and shower fitments.
 

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a door leading onto the wrap-around balcony for ease of serving those outdoor breakfasts!
 

Living Area

The living room is spacious and light with plenty of comfortable seating and access onto the balcony.
 

Dining Area

The dining area is directly opposite the kitchen for ease of serving and has a large dining table and chairs.
 

Master Bedroom

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, together with a French window leading onto the front balcony.
 

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom, next to the Master Bedroom, has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and dressing table and, again the French door leads onto the front balcony.
 

Bedroom 3

Another twin-bedded room, opening on to a balcony, with fitted wardrobes and dressing table.
 

The two bathrooms in Villa Nikos are both modern and fully tiled, with full size baths and shower fitments, mirrored vanity/basin units and w.c.

Below the villa are two further apartments, each sleeping four people and, if required, you can either take one or both in addition to the upper house. Please note, Villa Nikos is rented exclusively. This means that the apartments are optional and if you do not decide to take them with Villa Nikos, they cannot be booked by anyone else for the duration of your holiday.

If you wish to use the optional apartments, you do not need to decide (or pay) until your balance payment (8 weeks before arrival) is due. The apartments can be booked for all or part of your holiday.

Balconies

The living room and two of the bedrooms open on to the balconies that extend along the front and side of Villa Nikos. This is the perfect place to sit out with a glass - or two! - of chilled wine on a warm night, with the lights of Corfu Town twinkling in the distance. Imagine how beautiful it is, too, on a full moon night. By day, Kalami and Kouloura can be seen below, and Agni too, while the mountains of Albania make a dramatic backdrop.
 

The Pool

Villa Nikos has a swimming pool where you can laze the hours away in the sun or, should the mood take you, get in a few lengths of more serious swimming.

Terrace & BBQ

Equally attractive is the terraced area over which grape vines, jasmine and bougainvillea cast their dappled shade. Here there is a table and chairs, with the brick-built barbecue close by, making this a lovely spot for an outdoor meal.
 

Garden

Amongst the gardens are olive, lemon and kumquat trees, cacti, lilies, roses, geraniums and 'morning glory' flowers sending out a sweet scent as you walk from the villa to the pool area.
 

Parking

The villa is reached via its own private driveway where there is ample space for parking.
