Set out over two levels, the ground floor comprises a large living room, separated by an archway from the dining area and kitchen. Two twin bedrooms are also on this floor, one of which has an en suite shower room, whilst a second shower room is located very close to the other bedroom. A shady veranda runs the length of the living room, dining room and one bedroom, being accessed by large glass doors from each room, giving a wonderful indoor/outdoor living space. Upstairs is the master bedroom, a double, which has an en suite bathroom and balcony. There is a roof terrace on this level as well.
A superb and spacious room with a timbered, vaulted ceiling complete with chandelier that gives the whole space an opulent feel. Huge sliding glass doors lead out onto the covered terrace and provide fabulous views over the pool to the beach and coastline beyond. This room is comfortably furnished with an oversized corner settee, is equipped with TV, DVD and CD, and has a large open fireplace which makes an attractive focal point as well as being practical if needed.
The living room is separated from the open plan kitchen and dining area by a traditionally styled archway so wide that it spans nearly the full width of the living room. The dining area itself is furnished with a rustic dark wood and rattan dining suite and has large patio doors that lead out onto the terrace.
The kitchen, located at the back of the dining area, is an attractive and well equipped space. It benefits from a full sized cooker and halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave, lending itself to the preparation of meals as well as light snacks.
Upstairs the master bedroom, which is fitted with air conditioning, is simple yet very chic. With gorgeous light rattan furnishings, a huge 'two in one' double bed, its own balcony with patio doors to one aspect, and further patio doors leading out to a substantial roof terrace on another, it makes the most of the beautiful views. This room also has its own en suite bathroom, complete with corner bath and shower over.
On the ground floor are two spacious twin bedrooms. Both with air conditioning and attractive wrought iron style beds, one has a large picture window, whilst the other has patio doors that lead out onto the extensive shaded terrace that runs along much of the property. One bedroom has an en suite shower room, whilst the other is conveniently located opposite a further shower room.

Google MapAvlaki - CorfuSituated between the village of Saint Stephanos to the south and the livelier resort of Kassiopi to the North, and fringed by just a few villas and two tavernas, Avlaki is relatively unknown to most visitors to Corfu. It is a beautiful long curving bay with a gently sloping shore and fabulously clear sea. A excellent bay for dinghy sailing and sail-boarding, although during the afternoon a welcome cooling Northerly sea breeze often springs up which can make the water a bit 'choppy'. On Sundays this beach is very popular with the locals: Avlaki Corfu Corfu: Essential Holiday Information

Kassiopi - CorfuKassiopi is a lively resort at the North East corner of Corfu. A charming little fishing village, with a traditional port. Tourism has of course had its influence, but down at the harbour you can still find local fishermen bringing home the morning catch. Tavernas, shops, beaches and bars offer something for everyone. The teens in your party will appreciate the evening life - with several music bars and 'low key' clubs, it is a safe environment for them to meet other friends: Kassiopi Corfu Saint StephanosAgios (Saint) Stephanos is an extremely pretty fishing village, located between Kalami and Kassiopi. This little fishing village has now become a very popular 'up market' resort with many stylish holiday villas. A thriving local Greek community welcomes its visitors with the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. With several excellent tavernas, 2 cocktail bars, 2 supermarkets, a gift shop and boat hire, it is the perfect base for a holiday: Saint Stephanos Corfu Kerasia - CorfuThe long sweeping beach of Kerasia is one of the most beautiful on the island, with excellent swimming and snorkelling. Ideal for people who are looking for peace and quiet, to laze in the sun or enjoy a quiet read. One taverna and a small tourist shop will cater to your needs. Although Kerasia may be too quiet for teenage children, nearby Saint Stephanos, with its two cocktail bars and several tavernas will certainly entertain them: Kerasia Corfu Agni BayAgni Bay is home to Taverna Agni and Agni Travel. In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently there is now a narrow road down into the bay: Agni Corfu Each evening we operate a Speed Boat taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni.
