Set out over two levels, the ground floor comprises a large living room, separated by an archway from the dining area and kitchen. A twin bedroom with en suite shower room is also on this floor. A shady veranda runs the length of the living room and is accessed by large glass sliding doors, giving a wonderful indoor/outdoor living space. Upstairs is the master bedroom, a double, and a second twin bedroom, both of which have their own en suite facilities and balcony.
A spacious room with three sets of huge sliding glass doors that lead out onto the covered terrace and provide fabulous views over the pool to the beach and coastline beyond. This room is comfortably and amply furnished with plenty of space in which to relax and unwind. TV, DVD and CD are all available here. The room has a large open fireplace that makes an attractive focal point as well as being practical if needed.
The living room is separated from the open plan kitchen and dining area by an archway, defining the areas without entirely dividing them. The dining area itself is furnished with a rustic dark wood and rattan dining suite and has large patio doors that lead out onto the terrace, which is shaded by the balcony above.
The kitchen, located at the back of the dining area, is an attractive and well equipped space. It benefits from a full sized cooker with halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave, lending itself to the preparation of meals as well as light snacks. A washing machine is conveniently located in a 'cubby' beneath the stairs.
The master bedroom, which is fitted with air conditioning, is simple yet very chic. With gorgeous light rattan furnishings, a huge 'two in one' double bed and its own seaward facing balcony accessed through patio doors. This room also has its own en suite bathroom, complete with corner bath and shower over.
One of the spacious twin bedrooms is located on the ground floor. It has air conditioning, an en suite shower room and attractive wrought iron style beds. It also has patio doors that lead out onto the garden and terrace and the pool just beyond.
Attractive and well proportioned, the upstairs twin room mirrors the downstairs bedroom in terms of furnishings, size and facilities. It enjoys an en suite shower room and its own balcony that makes the most of the beautiful views.

The outdoor space at Villa Eva is no less attractive than the wonderful interior. The large shaded veranda runs along two aspects of the property, extending the length and breadth of the living room. It is well furnished with outdoor dining and occasional furniture, overlooking and providing access to the garden, barbecue, patio areas and the fabulous infinity pool.
The kidney shaped infinity pool that sits slightly to the side of the villa mirrors the curve of Avlaki Beach. It has an extensive patio and sun terrace where plenty of sun loungers and parasols are available. In front of part of the villa is a mature garden area with shrubs and trees that provide a partial screen allowing privacy, yet not blocking that view. There is also a large barbecue, ideal for making the most of al fresco mealtimes on the wonderful veranda.
Pool dimensionsThe pool measures 8m x 5m and has a depth that varies from 0.80 to 1.85m
Google MapAvlaki - CorfuSituated between the village of Saint Stephanos to the south and the livelier resort of Kassiopi to the North, and fringed by just a few villas and two tavernas, Avlaki is relatively unknown to most visitors to Corfu. It is a beautiful long curving bay with a gently sloping shore and fabulously clear sea. A excellent bay for dinghy sailing and sail-boarding, although during the afternoon a welcome cooling Northerly sea breeze often springs up which can make the water a bit 'choppy'. On Sundays this beach is very popular with the locals: Avlaki Corfu Corfu: Essential Holiday Information

Kassiopi - CorfuKassiopi is a lively resort at the North East corner of Corfu. A charming little fishing village, with a traditional port. Tourism has of course had its influence, but down at the harbour you can still find local fishermen bringing home the morning catch. Tavernas, shops, beaches and bars offer something for everyone. The teens in your party will appreciate the evening life - with several music bars and 'low key' clubs, it is a safe environment for them to meet other friends: Kassiopi Corfu Saint StephanosAgios (Saint) Stephanos is an extremely pretty fishing village, located between Kalami and Kassiopi. This little fishing village has now become a very popular 'up market' resort with many stylish holiday villas. A thriving local Greek community welcomes its visitors with the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. With several excellent tavernas, 2 cocktail bars, 2 supermarkets, a gift shop and boat hire, it is the perfect base for a holiday: Saint Stephanos Corfu Kerasia - CorfuThe long sweeping beach of Kerasia is one of the most beautiful on the island, with excellent swimming and snorkelling. Ideal for people who are looking for peace and quiet, to laze in the sun or enjoy a quiet read. One taverna and a small tourist shop will cater to your needs. Although Kerasia may be too quiet for teenage children, nearby Saint Stephanos, with its two cocktail bars and several tavernas will certainly entertain them: Kerasia Corfu Agni BayAgni Bay is home to Taverna Agni and Agni Travel. In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently there is now a narrow road down into the bay: Agni Corfu ![]() |
