This is a detached villa on two levels: on the ground floor there is a kitchen, lounge and separate dining/breakfast area, with patio doors to the swimming pool terrace, and also a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.
There is a pleasantly shaded area beside the front entrance, with outdoor seating, overlooking the garden and serene views of Corfu's highest mountain. Ample parking space, shaded.
A light and airy dining area links the kitchen and the sitting room, with balcony windows opening directly on to the covered patio outside, making it very easy to serve meals outdoors or in, at any time of day, according to preference.
The uncluttered fitted kitchen is furnished with all the modern appliances and utensils needed to make your holiday as chore-free as possible!
Appliances include oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The covered patio/terrace that leads off from the lounge means that parents can enjoy a leisurely breakfast while keeping an eye on kids more concerned with getting into the pool than finishing their cornflakes!
Villa Carolina has three bedrooms; one double, two twin. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are supplied with air-conditioning.

The pool area is undoubtedly one of the chief attractions of this lovely villa. With stunning views and six comfortably cushioned sun beds on which to lie and contemplate those views, it will take quite an effort to go anywhere else! A built-in BBQ and patio dining furniture complete the attractions.
The pool has been designed with children in mind, and parents will be pleased to find how child-friendly it is. Rails with gates can be set up if required, preventing direct child access to the pool.

Google MapSatelite View of Saint Stefanos. Villa Carolina is located just before the hamlet of Leondari, on the road between Sinies and Saint Stefanos. Agni Travel Property Map - Corfu The above Agni Travel map (click to download), shows the location of Saint Stephanos. Saint StephanosAgios (Saint) Stephanos is an extremely pretty fishing village, located between Kalami and Kassiopi. This little fishing village has now become a very popular 'up market' resort with many stylish holiday villas. A thriving local Greek community welcomes its visitors with the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. With several excellent tavernas, 2 cocktail bars, 2 supermarkets, a gift shop and boat hire, it is the perfect base for a holiday: Saint Stephanos Corfu
Kerasia - CorfuThe long sweeping beach of Kerasia is one of the most beautiful on the island, with excellent swimming and snorkelling. Ideal for people who are looking for peace and quiet, to laze in the sun or enjoy a quiet read. One taverna and a small tourist shop will cater to your needs. Although Kerasia may be too quiet for teenage children, nearby Saint Stephanos, with its two cocktail bars and several tavernas will certainly entertain them: Kerasia Corfu Kassiopi - CorfuKassiopi is a lively resort at the North East corner of Corfu. A charming little fishing village, with a traditional port. Tourism has of course had its influence, but down at the harbour you can still find local fishermen bringing home the morning catch. Tavernas, shops, beaches and bars offer something for everyone. The teens in your party will appreciate the evening life - with several music bars and 'low key' clubs, it is a safe environment for them to meet other friends: Kassiopi Corfu Avlaki - CorfuSituated between the village of Saint Stephanos to the south and the livelier resort of Kassiopi to the North, and fringed by just a few villas and two tavernas, Avlaki is relatively unknown to most visitors to Corfu. It is a beautiful long curving bay with a gently sloping shore and fabulously clear sea. A excellent bay for dinghy sailing and sail-boarding, although during the afternoon a welcome cooling Northerly sea breeze often springs up which can make the water a bit 'choppy'. On Sundays this beach is very popular with the locals: Avlaki Corfu Agni BayAgni Bay is home to Taverna Agni and Agni Travel. In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently there is now a narrow road down into the bay: Agni Corfu ![]() |
