The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with a 'cottage' style suite arranged with the fireplace being the focal point. French windows lead out to the sea-facing balcony with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
The dining room suite matches the sitting room with a large dining table situated close to the kitchen.
The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher.
Master bedroomA double bedroom with fitted wardrobes is situated on the first floor, just along from the sitting area.
Bedroom 2Downstairs are three further bedrooms, Bedroom 2 having a double bed and French windows leading out to the pool terrace.
Bedrooms 3 and 4The third bedroom, a twin, has an en suite bathroom and French windows leading to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 4, another twin, also has French windows leading to the pool terrace. Party Size of Up To 10:As the living area is generously-sized, it is possible to provide two camp beds which are suitable for children. (There is a 'contribution' charge to help cover the additional laundry etc.)
With two 'house' bathrooms and one en suite, the villa has plenty of facilities for the family.

The PoolThe large pool terrace is completely private and offers views of the surrounding olive groves and down towards Kassiopi and the sea.

GardensThe villa is surrounded by an extensive olive grove, lending it an enviable amount of privacy and offering the opportunity for a gentle stroll in the shade.
Main TerraceA shaded terrace leads off the living area, accessed by French windows, with splendid views over the pool and down to the sea. Ample provision has been made for dining and relaxing out here.

Avlaki - CorfuSituated between the village of Saint Stephanos to the south and the livelier resort of Kassiopi to the North, and fringed by just a few villas and two tavernas, Avlaki is relatively unknown to most visitors to Corfu. It is a beautiful long curving bay with a gently sloping shore and fabulously clear sea. A excellent bay for dinghy sailing and sail-boarding, although during the afternoon a welcome cooling Northerly sea breeze often springs up which can make the water a bit 'choppy'.
