Each of the two detached villas is a two storey building that sleeps up to 4 people. They have two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and open plan kitchen and living area. Both have a terrace which is ideal for dining on, and upstairs they have balconies. On these clever use is made of retractable sails that act as a screen providing additional privacy from each other.
The bungalows are semi detached. Entering them through a covered porch which overlooks the swimming pool you first come to the kitchen, off which is a living area and shower room. A double bedroom is to the rear of each property, whilst a mezzanine twin bedroom is reached via a stair ladder. All the main rooms in each property have huge ceiling fans to ensure the temperatures remain ambient throughout.
Kitchen and living areaThe kitchens in both villas are spacious and extremely well equipped. Each has a full sized gas hob and electric oven, Smeg fridge freezer and smaller appliances such as coffee maker as well as plenty of storage and stone topped work space. The living rooms are furnished with fabulous leather suites that surround the focal point of the rooms, large open fireplaces. LCD television, stereo and wifi internet access are also provided.
BedroomsUpstairs, each villa has one double and one twin bedroom. Each equally sized, they have french doors with either a full or Juliette balcony overlooking the olive groves with glimpses of the coast beyond. Furnishings are rustic in style yet fresh and enchanting, giving each room a sense of light and space, further enhanced by large picture windows.
BathroomEach villa has a large bathroom located on the ground floor. Attractively and individually designed, they have a full size sunken bath with shower over as well as lavatory and basin.
Kitchen, living and dining areaEntering the bungalows from the covered porch with its comfortable seating you walk into the kitchen. Beautifully designed and laid out, each is equipped with full size gas hob and electric oven, Smeg fridge freezer and many smaller applicances including a coffee maker. A retractable stair ladder to the mezzanine bedroom is tucked away at one side of the kitchen, whilst the main living area forms an L shape leading off it.
To the rear of the living area patio doors lead out onto a covered terrace where outdoor furniture is located. Perfect for relaxing quietly or enjoying outdoor dining. BedroomsThe master bedroom, a spacious double, is adjacent to the living room, whilst the second bedroom is in the eaves of the property. A twin bedded mezzanine room overlooking the kitchen, it is accessed by a substantial folding stair ladder. This space is ideal for children, but may not be quite so suitable for anyone who is not too steady on their feet.
Shower roomEach bungalow has a sizeable shower room with an oversized shower. Again the owner's artistic flair shows through in the design and finish of this room, even down to the quirky circular hand basins.

The estate has a wall and gate encircling the perimeter of the land, offering exceptional privacy, though not being uncomfortably tall or overshadowing. Footpaths to each property and poolside are wooden decking in style, and this theme also extends to the substantial poolside sun terrace. The surrounding gardens are attractive and informal, with sandy lawned areas, ancient olive trees and other attractive trees and shrubs.
There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool, and for those who prefer the shade, comfortable sofas are available in the bungalow porches that overlook the pool area. The attractive pool starts off at a 60cm in depth and has an adjacent childrens pool in this shallow end with a constant 50cm depth. The deep end of the pool measures 1.75m.
At the rear of the estate there is a footpath leading down through the olive grove to the quiet and picturesque beach below. Taking this route you are only two or three minutes' walk from the water's edge, but the descent is quite steep and may not be suitable for older guests. Alternatively nearby beaches are just a 5 minute drive away.
