This lovely villa is set on two levels. Downstairs is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a twin bedroom with en suite wetroom. Both the living area and bedroom benefit from large patio doors that take you outside into the beautifully maintained gardens. A covered terrace to the front of the property is also accessed from the living area doors.
The living area is spacious and beautifully furnished, with large leather sofas that seat six easily. It benefits from TV, with local satellite channels and DVD. These are just in case you fancy a change from enjoying the lovely sea views and surrounding countryside that are visible from the large patio doors that allow so much light into this space. The marble staircase that leads to the upper level is located in the living area, giving the place a really open, spacious feel to it.
Linking the living and kitchen areas is a pleasing dining area furnished with a formal dining table and chairs that seat six. Two patio doors in this space bring outdoors and inside together, enabling guests to enjoy the wonderful views whilst dining.
The kitchen in the villa may not be particularly large, but it is well equipped, benefiting from a full sized oven with halogen hob, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave. If you enjoy cooking this space won't let you down. It is certainly more than adequate for the preparation of full meals as well as snacks and breakfasts.
Master BedroomUpstairs the airconditioned master bedroom is large, light and attractively furnished. With emphasis on clean lines and a flowing look, this room benefits from large patio doors that lead out onto a private balcony with its wonderful seaward views. Further picture windows look out to the side of the villa.
The master bedroom balcony is well furnished with chairs and table, making it a lovely yet private spot to enjoy the views, a good book, a glass of something chilled - or even all three!
The master bedroom's en suite bathroom is nothing short of sumptuous. Its decor is clean and fresh with accented tones of blue. The large basin sits in its own vanity unit whilst the corner bath is a jacuzzi with shower over.
Downstairs Twin BedroomThe downstairs, air conditioned twin bedded room and its en suite wet room have been specially designed with more elderly or less able guests in mind. The bedroom is light and bright, with comfortable furnishings and large patio doors that lead out into the garden and pool area.
Up Stairs TwinThe other twin bedded room is upstairs. Again this room is a good size, air conditioned, and enjoys similar attractive furnishings to those in the other bedrooms.
All three bedrooms have en suite facilities. The master bedroom has a fabulous large full bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, whilst the upstairs twin room has a shower room and the third bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a wet room. CloakroomIn addition to the three bathrooms there is also a ground floor cloakroom which has a wc and wash basin. A washing machine is also located here.

Pool detailsThe fabulous pool measures 12m x 5m; is 1m at its shallowest and 1.7m at the deepest point.
Outdoor kitchen and diningWe said that the indoor kitchen was only 'half the story'. This wonderful al fresco dining and barbecue area is the other half. Equipped with a massive barbecue, a pizza oven, ample workspace and an attractive canopied dining area, this has to be the place to enjoy your repast. Whether you sit out here during the warmth of the day, or whilst watching the sun gently set behind the mountains and throwing its golden glow over the water towards you, mealtimes won't get any better than this.
