Villa Ilios is set over two levels. The main ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, off which are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a shower room. A marble staircase at one end of the living area takes you down to the lower ground floor. On this floor is a third bedroom, furnished with twin beds and benefitting from an en suite bathroom. All three bedrooms enjoy air conditioning which is available at no extra cost.
The open plan living space stretches the width of the villa. At one end is a comfortably furnished lounge. It enjoys plenty of light from the large picture window and a further frosted glass window that overlooks the staircase at the far end of the room. A television with local satellite channels, DVD and CD player are also in this area.
Master bedroomThe master bedroom is light and airy. It is simply furnished in a traditional style and enjoys French windows that lead out to a seaward facing balcony, which makes the most of the fabulous views. The balcony itself has table and chairs so guests may sit and enjoy the tranquillity of this lovely spot.
Ground floor twin bedroomThe attractive twin bedded room on the ground floor is similar in both size and furnishings to the the master bedroom. It too has French windows that take you out to a furnished balcony that enjoys beautiful views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
Lower ground bedroomNot to be outdone by its counterparts, the twin bedded room on the lower ground floor is almost identical to the one above it. This room also has a balcony with sea views as well as benefitting from an en suite bathroom. The view from the balcony is nothing short of breathtaking!

The interior of Villa Ilios is very pleasant, well equipped and ideal for up to 6 adults or a family. However, when you see the external features of this pretty property the reason that it is such a very popular choice of destination becomes immediately apparent.
As well as the amazing location, the facilities outside are superb. The private pool is large and is surrounded by an extensive stone patio and sun terrace, on which sun loungers and parasols are provided.
The barbecue area is in a shady spot not far from the main door to the villa. The large purpose built barbecue at one side offers the opportunity to cook a veritable feast, whilst the location means it is also handy for the kitchen. PoolSwimming Pool Size: 9m x 5m 1.0m-1.8m

Nissaki CorfuNissaki is a small, pretty resort with a horseshoe-shaped beach of fine pebbles, offering excellent swimming and water sports. There are several tavernas specialising in Greek cuisine. A small harbour shelters the many little fishing boats that are moored there and there is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town (a small charge is payable to help with the running costs): Nissaki Corfu Corfu: Essential Holiday Information

Kaminaki CorfuCorfu's north-east coastline is spectacularly beautiful, but has remained uniquely unspoilt in spite of its celebrity-status. Kaminaki is one of the small and enchanting bays that stud this coastline like jewels on a necklace. Still only a hamlet, with village houses occupied by their original local inhabitants, it has a mixture of modern and converted accommodation, two unpretentious tavernas (and others within easy reach), and water of Caribbean colours that laps against a gently shelving beach of pure white pebbles. One small shop and a complete absence of noisy evening entertainment are other virtues - evenings end here with a quiet drink overlooking the sea, conversation with new or old friends, and perhaps a skinny dip to round things off! Kaminaki has its following of faithful visitors who return each year, and it is not hard to see that anyone could soon become addicted to this very special combination of exquisite scenery, perfect bathing, water sports suitable for kids and adults, and sheer, undemanding relaxation in a friendly atmosphere. Hire a boat and explore the lovely bays along the coast, or stay put and unwind - Kaminaki makes it all possible. Kaminaki Corfu Krouzeri CorfuKrouzeri has a long beach (pebble and sand) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town (a small charge is payable to help with the running costs). Agni BayAgni Bay is home to Taverna Agni and Agni Travel. In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently there is now a narrow road down into the bay: Agni Corfu Each evening we operate a Speed Boat taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video describes the experience. ![]() |
