As you enter the property it becomes very obvious that this is a much-loved family home. In fact, this is where Nathan and Eleni spend their winters in privacy, with their daughter Aphrodite.
Upstairs there is an attractive, well-equipped kitchen. Fitted with dishwasher and washing machine, full sized oven and hob plus microwave, there is also a separate fridge and freezer.
The welcoming lounge area is relaxing, informal and colourful. It has a home cinema 42" plasma TV system with DVD and free satellite stations. There is also a portable CD/radio.
Large sliding doors lead to an impressive balcony. From here, look out across the coastline and Corfu channel to the stunning mountain ranges of Albania that lay beyond. At night, romantic lighting compliments the floodlit pool and gardens.
The wide covered balcony is ideal for eating while enjoying the sea views and Kalami in the distance.
Upper LevelUpstairs there are two light and airy bedrooms, one double with king-sized bed, and one twin.
The master bedroom has French doors leading to the main balcony. With breathtaking views, it is just the place for enjoying that morning cup of tea or coffee.
The second, twin bedded, room has a large picture window with scenic views. Lower LevelThe lower level has its own covered balcony, offering a wonderful view across the infinity pool, over the sea towards Albania.
Downstairs there are two cool, fresh, twin bedrooms.
The master bedroom on the lower level benefits from air conditioning and patio doors out onto a covered balcony.
The second bedroom, which also has patio doors, can be used as a further living area.

Google MapAgni BayAgni Bay is home to Taverna Agni and Agni Travel. In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently there is now a narrow road down into the bay: Agni Corfu Agni Travel Property Map - Corfu The above Agni Travel map (click to download), shows the location of Bougainvillea, which is above Agni Bay. KalamiThe bay of Kalami nestles below the hills of the North East Corfu and is famous for both its beautiful beach, and Lawrence Durrell's 'White House'. A popular destination for couples, Kalami is also ideal for a family holiday with tavernas, safe swimming, water sports and boat hire - everyone is catered for! Kalami Corfu KoulouraThe tiny fishing village of Kouloura is a working harbour, where many of the locals moor their boats. The view of the harbour is probably one of the most famous in the area, having been painted by many visiting artists. The main house is owned by the Italian Agnelli family (with Ferrari connection!) and is used as their holiday home. The nearby Taverna specializes in locally caught fish. Kouloura is an excellent example of a small traditional Greek bay that has not been influenced by tourism. Kouloura Corfu Krouzeri CorfuKrouzeri has a long beach (pebble and sand) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town (a small charge is payable to help with the running costs).
