 Overview
This opulent, colonial style villa is set on 2000sqm of land, just a few minutes walk away from the pretty riverside town of Dalyan.
Although it does have some near neighbours the pool and garden area are secluded, offering guests privacy and a peaceful location.

Layout
Recently constructed, the interior is modern and spacious. The impressive front door with its covered veranda leads into a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area off which is a cloakroom.
Take the sweeping staircase, which divides the living and kitchen areas, up to the first floor and you will find three sumptuous double bedrooms, each with ensuite shower room and their own balcony.

Living Room
The attractive living area is decorated and furnished in warm creamy tones. Sink into one of the big soft sofas and enjoy the entertainment on the flat screen television, which has freeview satellite, listen to music or simply enjoy the view out over the pool and gardens.

Kitchen
The large kitchen is attractively fitted with plenty of cupboards and workspace. It is well equipped, benefiting from a full sized oven and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and numerous smaller appliances including a chilled water dispenser. A matching dining suite which seats six comfortably, is located nearby.

Bedrooms
The three double bedrooms are all spacious and have air conditioning. The master bedroom has a large covered balcony, seated above the front door veranda and overlooking the pool, whilst the two other bedrooms each have a small veranda with views to the side of the villa.
Each bedroom enjoys large picture windows and plenty of natural light. They with modern light wood furnishings and a continuation of the light warming decor found downstairs these rooms also have both air conditioning and ceiling fans as well as en suite facilities.

Bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own attractively finished shower room which is fitted with basin and lavatory. Downstairs is a cloakroom, again with basin and wc.

Swimming Pool
The outdoor space at Villa Caria is delightful. The appealing swimming pool is close to the house itself, with an attractive stone wall surrounding it. Here a pergola style shaded area, equipped with a large barbecue and garden furnishings, is perfect for al fresco dining, whilst you can choose the ideal spot to put your sun lounger on the extensive terrace area. Manicured gardens stretch beyond the pool and around to the side of the property, with lawns, shrubs, trees and a plethora of flowering plants it is a lovely space in which to while away lazy holidays.

Dalyan is a special & unique town which is overlooked by ancient Lycian Rock Tombs which are the last resting places of the Kings of Kaunos. The Dalyan canal goes through the village on its way from Koycegiz Lake to the beach so the riverside is a great place to take a boat trip to one of the ancient sites in the area. Oludeniz, Turkey
Hisaronu and Ovacik lie close by in the hills behind Oludeniz, surrounded by pine forests and beautiful countryside. These resorts have grown from the popularity of Olu Deniz itself, as when the conservation area made it impossible to build more hotels and apartments by the sea, the hillside villages within easy reach of the beach started to grow. Kas charm comes from its unhurried ambience & because it is further away from Dalaman airport it gets fewer visitors than the resorts further up the coast. Once an unspoilt fishing village Kas has lost none of its charm and ruins of the acient town of Antiphellus mix with the more modern buildings to create a unique & wonderful atmosphere. Just 2km away across the water to the South lies the Greek island of Megisti (Kastellorizo) which explans why this resort has a 'Greek' feel about it & even the Greeks from the Island come over to the mainland to do there shopping & visit the medical centres here: Kas, Turkey
