 Overview
The palatial Turtle Ridge is a spacious, detached, newly built 3 bedroom villa with truly magnificent pool and garden that extends to some 1300sqm. It benefits from a peaceful location just under a mile from Dalyan town. Here it has spectacular views of the famous Lycian Rock Tombs and the mountains, and enjoys the fragrance of the lemon groves that surround it.

Layout
This commodious villa has three double bedrooms and can accommodate two more people on the large sofa bed located in the open plan living and dining area. It has a fully fitted kitchen, and three bathrooms including one with jacuzzi corner bath. With air conditioning throughout Turtle Ridge is finished to a very high standard, and is ideal for larger groups or families who are looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday accommodation.

Living and dining area
The open plan living and dining area is furnished in quite traditional Turkish styles, with deep reds and terracotta soft furnishings warming the white walled room. The white dining table and chairs are a pleasant contrast, whilst the large fireplace offers an attractive focal point.
Double patio doors lead out from the main living area to the sun terrace and pool beyond, bringing plenty of natural light into the room and also enabling guests to enjoy the wonderful views and local scenery.

Kitchen
The beautifully fitted kitchen is well equipped with full sized oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. With plenty of fitted units storage and workspace it is ideal for the preparation of meals, even if you have a house full!

Bedrooms
All three bedrooms are large and beautifully furnished. Muted tones and light wood furnishings complement each other perfectly. Each bedroom has its own balcony, the master bedroom having a extensive terrace overlooking the pool, whilst the other two being not quite so large and facing to either side of the villa.
An additional single bed can be accommodated in two of the bedrooms, making the potential maximum occupancy ten people.

Turtle Ridge has three large bathrooms, including one that is fitted with a Jacuzzi corner bath.

Swimming Pool
The large private pool is centrepiece to the attractive and extensive gardens that surround it. The spacious sun terraces are furnished with loungers, whilst there are two al fresco dining spaces, an open terrace and a covered pergola area. Both ideal for barbecues and summer picnics as well as offering somewhere to sit and enjoy the views or a good book.

Dalyan is a special & unique town which is overlooked by ancient Lycian Rock Tombs which are the last resting places of the Kings of Kaunos. The Dalyan canal goes through the village on its way from Koycegiz Lake to the beach so the riverside is a great place to take a boat trip to one of the ancient sites in the area. Oludeniz, Turkey
Hisaronu and Ovacik lie close by in the hills behind Oludeniz, surrounded by pine forests and beautiful countryside. These resorts have grown from the popularity of Olu Deniz itself, as when the conservation area made it impossible to build more hotels and apartments by the sea, the hillside villages within easy reach of the beach started to grow. Kas charm comes from its unhurried ambience & because it is further away from Dalaman airport it gets fewer visitors than the resorts further up the coast. Once an unspoilt fishing village Kas has lost none of its charm and ruins of the acient town of Antiphellus mix with the more modern buildings to create a unique & wonderful atmosphere. Just 2km away across the water to the South lies the Greek island of Megisti (Kastellorizo) which explans why this resort has a 'Greek' feel about it & even the Greeks from the Island come over to the mainland to do there shopping & visit the medical centres here: Kas, Turkey
