Does anyone know why when some members are shown on forum statistics as making a post and the post cannot be found on message boards? Is there another message board that is not accessable to some members? I find it really annoying when it shows someone has posted a message and it cant be found.

Angela, there is only the one message board, I always go to active topics, this shows all the posts that have been entered on to the site since my last visit.

One explanation would be if a post hase been deleted by the admin team because it was not in keeping with what the site is about or would cause offence

Thanks Martin

But it seems to be moderators shown as making a posting but when you look in the topic section it cant be found. For instance it shows Nathan as 'Last post' making a post at 12.03 in the forum statistics section but it cannot be found in the message board.

Angela, Nathans post was in the admin forum. It is to do with the day to day running of the site (very boring) and can only be read by the moderators who help run the site.

Hi Angela,

I know what you mean. It seems that recently You cant find the last post, where as before you only needed to look on the right hand side of the message board.

Sorry Supe, it's me. I have been rewriting much of the program code and I need to keep testing the system. basically I make test postings and then delete them - the system does not update thew last post though and revert to the previous poster. Sorry about that.
