Looking at todays webcam at Agni I see there are no people wanting to eat/drink!
Has everyone gone home now already I wonder?

Pam...

There are still people here but the weather is not good! The sky is black at the moment! Therefore - not many people on the beach so the taverna will be quiet. Still a bit early for lunch though.

More people will probably go down there in the evening. It was quite busy when we were there last week.

Trisa.

Weather is atrocious that's why... I've just warmed up 2 people with hot soup - other than that we're empty too.

We arrived back here almost a week ago and it's virtually been raining ever since. Well, I hesitate to call it rain, more like a waterfall. The sun has popped out a couple of times and feels nice and warm but then it rains again.

Wondered why chap on left wearing big coat. If weather so bad, why is thermometer showing 80? Usually over there at this time glad gave a miss this year. Here lovely today though Tuesday was wet drizzly day. Monday however was glorious down in St Ives, went in on train from St Erth, what a beautiful journey shame it only lasts 15 minutes. Town was heaving, many stripped off on beaches.

Oh my, I'm coming over in a couple of weeks hoping for a bit of late sunshine, am I going to be unlucky?

No reason why it won't be warm in a couple of weeks time. The forecast says warm again tomorrow for at least the next week.

We was also in Kassiopi Oct of 08 for fourteen days mixed weather but hot in the day with torrential thunderstorms at times. On the way back to Kassie we at to stop altogether along with other vehicles the wipers could not take the rain away (the road was a river) Then it eased off and by the time we got to Kassie the sun was out and every one was swilling out from the down pour. Nights was cold and jumper's weer in order...extra blankets on the beds and the A/C was turn on for heat....And thats the last time we would ever go in October time...But that was unfortunate as to the circumstances in the paragraph below....

We would have gone in September but the M.I.LAW took a turn for the worst and we at to cancel September. Manage to rebook for October. A big thanks to Tanis of the Solaris for re booking us back in without lost to are deposit and also of Kassiopi car hire that also done the same for us. Who else but the wonderful people of Corfu would have done that for us. Chris.

Weather been really mixed in the week we have been here.
Yesterday we got soaked to the skin in Corfu town and then had lunch on Vidos in the sweltering sun. Today could go either way. Too early to say really.

It is still lovely to be here.   So quiet in this little village of Lakones. Perhaps a day for a little painting.

Alison.

The weather has certainly been mixed. It was 14.5 degs up our way just before 8am.

To all you visitors, it could be worse! You could be at work! Enjoy your stay!
