Well stuart d hill its not that. When her indoors and the rest of the family win and give you an equal share thats how you go to Sidari so many times as the bingo winnings has paid for it

LOL Elliemay I do visit the local bingo halls in England now and then but I agree much more fun in Corfu especially if you win a little bit of money as well - makes it even more fun, and we have a giggle along the way as well as chat with new folks x

Luckily Corfu has something for everyone. My tastes are a bit like SusieH (though I do like a sandy beach!). I wouldn't go near bingo but as long as there are plenty of places without then I'm happy

I am one of the ones in minority. I loathe bingo anywhere in the world, do not do karaoke (though as I can't sing my husband says it is a blessing), don't go to tribute nights, don't do pub quizzes. My idea of a perfect holiday, is a quiet taverna overlooking Albania or a valley if in the mountains, the friendly people, the relaxed way of life, definitely not doing things you can do in U.K. Each to his/her own, way of holidaying. Life would be extremely boring if we all liked the same things wouldn't it???
And the site would be equally as boring if we all agreed with each other!!! x
Good post Michelle..totally agree that everybody likes different things..and a good job otherwise they would have to build bigger Bingo Halls..and as for Karaoke, well I'd never get a chance of getting up and singing.

Thanks Bruce - yes somebody's idea for fun for others is torture!!! Each to their own.
We did notice in May in Sidari though that the karaoke seems to have died a death!!! (hurrah I hear some of you shout!!!) apart from Babylon Bar which still seems busy with out of tune teens singing "my heart will go on...." we noticed Siesta bar didn't have it's usual karaoke and the Mimosa's karaoke seemed non existent too!!! Mind you the bingo was still packin em in!!!

It actually costs around 25-30 euros depending on how many games you wish to play. They usually stretch it out over a few hours with 5 or 6 games - 5 euros gets to a strip of 6 tickets although some will sell single tickets etc depending on where you play. A lot of folks enjoy a good game of bingo and my mum and aunty are already prepared with their bingo boards and dabbers so they can indulge in at least one evening of bingo!!!

Hi Michelle..Forget the Bingo, do what I do and get yourself a National Lotto account on the Internet..I bet I can get rid of my money a lot quicker than you can
I was going to say how much it cost me a week but better not..people may think I'm rich or mad..

LOL I bet you can Bruce!!! I don't actually do the lottery but Mr M has 5 or 6 on the go including his own Saturday pot shot!!! I think he is in three syndicates at work and then does his own - I will just sit and wait till his numbers come up I think rather than have a dabble miself
