Hi,

Not that I know of. Building regulations can vary from area to area and depend on various factors. If you could let us know what it is you need to know, maybe someone will be able to provide the information you are looking for.

Am new to this sort of thing. thank you for your replies. Coming from England where we are over run with regs just wondered what the situation here is. have bought property near Acharavi, which is being renovated but would prefer English plasterer. its only a small house prob looking at 120 - 150 sq metres in total

I am a bit out of date but i think that wiring has to be done by registered Greek electrician (or at least approved by one) for you to get the certificate necessary in order to get electricity connected. Wiring is also done on a different system to wiring in UK

There are brilliant Greek plasterers around-

My advice is to work with locals where possible- there is some comeback later on whereas a foreign worker may be thousands of miles away when something he did goes wrong- and noone will know how to fix it!

Hi

I pm'd you a few days ago and notice you've picked up my message re plastering. We are only just up the road from you and can help with pointing you in the right direction for builder's merchants etc locally as well.

I'm fairly sure you would need to go into Town to hire a mixer, but if you'd like to give me a call (my phone number was in the pm, but I'll send it again incase it was one of the ones you lost) I may be able to assist.

Bill
