Hi

I have no idea but I do advise you get a question like this answered "officially" and don't rely on what you hear here.

No disrespect to anyone who may know the answer, of course, this is just to cover ourselves legally!

I know a family who moved over here a few years ago, to do just that - was that you?????   I think they were looking  to do something in the Magoulades area.

I don't know the outcome of the story unfortunately .............. don't know if anyone else does?

...Would be a great ideal..(If only). The carp just love warm water...Or cat fish if that is what Rich is thinking about to stock it with....

..But as Julia says there will bound to be a lot of legal tape that Will go with it...And the best answer's would have to come from Corfu town hall....

.........Chris....

Hi Orchard,

I think the family who I bought my property from were the ones who had the idea. So.... I guess it never happened.

We start our adventure next Friday!!! I can't believe it's finally time and that moving to a property STILL without electricity and no generator!!!

Good luck Richie with your idea

I wonder how many fishermen on this site would use it, Iam assuming your thinking of some sort of fishing holiday etc. I have hear of these in Spain too. Like others have said, I bet there would be lots of red tape, I would not know where to start to ask, but maybe some one else could point you in the right direction.

Good look

There is an English chap in Perithia who is apparently trying to site a carp lake at St Spiridon.   Could be the family that Orchard referred to.

I have heard various rumours but am unsure as to how far along the plans are.  Certainly the land was untouched when I was down there a couple of days ago.
