Something about my upbringing / age when I saw this and thought of "French lessons" (the ones with the Flying helmet and the egg wisk!) only Being greek they have fresher ingredients...

Hope hilary os OK with you taking "Greek Lessons" with a "Hard taskmaster" LOL

John - How near or far from Yannis Supermarket are you - he's ( Yannis ) a fantastic guy isn't he - with his extrordinary stock of fine wines and Champagne !! - We were in there every day this year - and he even gave me tips on getting home from the tavernas at Agni in the evening - if you get my point !

Nice to meet .........Yes , Yannis is a great guy , very friendly and genuine , as is his whole family . We will be spending Christmas with them , at their insistance .

We are exactly 350 metres down the lane from the supermarket , very handy for staggering back with a top up if the party needs it . I was very impressed when out in July with his wine displays , did you look in the freezer to see the choice of fish that he has on offer ?

I have to admit it is far to convenient , but what the H*** , we only get one shot at this life .
