We take nappy sacs, Mapmans map, a plastic cafettiere for coffee every morning and favourite T Bags. What do you take over?

Most certainly tea bags!! Also a hand held tv to catch up on the news; travel iron; and a selection of sun creams and after-sun.

I am taking some Yorkshire Items for a friend this year to repay her genorousity to me when I stay in Sidari.

So far I have soem Yorkshire Tea Towels, Yorkshire Tea biscuits and cake, some locally produced marmalade and some home made chutney.

I take

Tea Bags.
Mini bags of cereal.
Packets of Chocolate Digestives - a must to have with a cup of tea after a long day sunbathing.
Bum wipes - Corfu loo roll is so harsh!
Nappy sacks for a smelly bin

Come on boys - nappy sacs are exactly what they say they are and are very useful in Corfu.

Nappy sacs to put your used loo paper in because you can't flush it down the loo - means the shower room doesn't stink!

Nappy sacks to put the "number two" loo paper in the toilet bin. Dirty loo paper not funny in 100 degrees heat! Especially when you been on the Mythos!

Believe me, it's the best value for money - you can pick them up in most baby aisles of the supermarkets - about 99p or even cheaper!!

Gotcha!! Good idea! Thanks. Pretty obvious I suppose, but I guess I've just never thought to take them!!!!! (Sounds like I'm not too worried about the smell then??!!!!!!!).

I do take packets of Douwe Egberts powdered coffee. The rest I buy locally.

They sell pleasantly fragranced toilet bin liners over there. Save the room in your suitcase for another pair of shoes!

My HUGE first aid kit - my husband always moans how much I pack in it - can you guess who uses it most though - yes the husband in fact it was out on our first night - he had sun burn, mossy bites and heat rash and frozen shoulder so out of my kit he used 'aftersun, antiseptic bite cream, germolene and nuerofen plus'. I always take it 'just in case' but I think my husband thinks that because its there he has to sample everything from it!!!!

I understand the nappy sack thing, but in all fairness, the Greeks don't find a need for them, so why should we use them. Loo bins are emptied frequently enough for there not to be much of a problem anyway......unless of course someone has managed to get dodgy tummy lol!

I do take a few with me, but they've never really been needed and like Judies washing up liquid they've travelled back and forward on holiday many times!

Stretchy clothes line and travel pegs, sun creams (of course), mozzie deterrent, splenda sweetener, usual 1st aid stuff, i-pod and most important of all, loads of reading books!

I certainly need the nappy bags. Having had an infected bowel last year and part of it removed, the first thing I need is nappy sacks, toilet duck and bleach, I cant inflict it on my daughter or the maid!

I always buy my paracetamol in Greece, they seem to be much stronger than the ones in UK. And I always bring back a load with me, besides that they are quite cheap.
