Deedee and Julia,

Its the wonders of using Mozilla firefox as opposed to Internet Explorer ladies, I don't want to spoil the illusion that I am a technical god, but i'm not really sure how to do it using IE!!

This site is pretty good for shortening those huge URLs though

Tiny URLs

You just copy and paste the link you want and it shortens it to something "tiny". It might be a site to add to your favourites/ bookmarks, but I am sure there is another way of doing it that someone will be able to explain.

Bruce,

It does it without fiddling!!

In the row of icons above the "post reply" box (what I'm typing in right now!) there is a curved arrow, it looks like the letter U on its side. You click this and it asks what text you want to appear as your link, type what you want and click OK, then it asks for the URL of your link which you have already copied from the site you want, paste it into the box ans click OK and there you have it!

That is a wonderful view from the cockpit. Of all the airports I've landed and taken off from, Corfu is undoubtably the best and most exhilirating.
