I'm not sure if this has been reported yet, but Avro, the flight-only company that is part of Globus which owns Monarch and Cosmos, will be running Monday flights from both East Midlands and Newcastle from May to September in 2012.

Yep been mentioned before and they are not Monarch flights but Jet2 flights which have been running for a couple of years, weird.
