Has anyone any info on the proposed strike next week.apparantely(SP) they are closing the airport!!!! for 2 days.

I'v got family flying from there and they a getting a bit stressed.

They have phoned travel agent who 'don't know anything about it'

There is supposed to be a 48 hour strike starting in Thursday but there are meetings being held on Tuesday to sort it out.  A friend who is travelling on Thursday was informed not to change any plans as there would be extra staff brought in to hopefully cover.  I have a feeling it will not go ahead.  I am hoping as we travel 17 July and my parents follow the weeek after.
