Sorry for not writing sooner about our holiday at Pancole in Tuscany.
We really appreciated Pancole, this is the place if you want to go in Tuscany for rest and peace. Pancole is about 1 hour from Florence (easy to do) and 5 minutes from San Gimignano. Apartment was perfect, clean, well located, super view on Toscany.
I realy thank you for this choice.

A kilometre from the medieval town of Colle Val d' Elsa, Lepri was built in the 17th century.
