When searching for a Rental Villa you may have seen some that offer a 'Heated Pool'
Before booking, be warned that the heating system actually only raises the water temperature by a degree or two. In 2009 Agni Travel fitted one of our Corfu villas with a pool heat pump and compared the temperature with our other villas. An increase of only 1 degree was detected.
Considering the environmental impact that heated pools create, yet they offer little benefit, Agni Travel has decided not to offer villas with heated pools. Remember too that, in Greece, during the summer months there is no need to heat a swimming pool.
