Al momento attuale non sono previsti collegamenti diretti in traghetto o nave veloce per Paxi ( Paxos ) dall'Italia. In ogni caso è possibile raggiungere questa isola meravigliosa con estrema facilità, facendo scalo ad Igoumenitsa o a Corfù. Sia Igoumenitsa che Corfù sono raggiungibili con partenze plurigiornaliere da Venezia, Ancona, Bari e Brindisi.
Per il tragitto Corfù-Paxi ( Paxos ) è prevista una corsa al giorno con traghetto tradizionale ( trasporto auto ) e diverse partenze in aliscafo veloce. Il numero dei collegamenti si riduce sensibilmente durante i mesi invernali.
