Fantastic apartment located in a ideal location. Great views - from upper apartment. Avlaki bay from kitchen balcony, and the lovely hills above Kassiopi from the larger of the 2 bedroom balconies. Many an evening spent enjoying the warm late spring evenings with the sights, smells and sounds of the night- skops owls, fireflies, bats, as well as the charming view of the smallholding farm with hens, sheep, goats and pigs. Apartment was perfect, very well equipped and roomy bedrooms. I recommend the apartment most highly.

A quiet villa just beside kassiopi. The tavernas in Avlaki were nice and within easy walking distance, but more eateries and things to do in kassiopi probably easier by car. We recommend Cochelli very highly.

Many Thanks.

A very comfortable little apartment, perfect for our family of 3. The air conditioning in the bedrooms provides a welcome touch of luxury and the washing machine is also a useful addition.

The pool and surrounding area are of a good size, well supplied with comfortable outdoor furniture - they provided the focal point for all of our time while "at home".

The one down point of the apartment is it has no central living area, just a few conservatory-style armchairs on each side of the entrance hall, which is also the dining area. This means that as a family with a young child, once she was in bed there was not anywhere to sit and pass the evening comfortably within the apartment.

The location could not be better, just a 5-minute wander down the hill to a nice little rocky beach and two nice tavernas (we far preferred the Avlaki Taverna over Caso Barbaro) and a quick drive (or walk, if you have the energy!) up the hill to a supermarket staffed with very friendly and helpful people. From there it's about 200m into the very lively town of Kassiopi with its huge wealth of restaurants, bars, tourist shops, supermarkets, fast food places (Number 7 is great!), and a couple of beaches.

Slightly further afield (about a 15 minute drive) is a brilliant sandy beach, Agios Spiridonis, not at all crowded and well supplied with sunbeds for hire, a couple of good pedalos and other gear for fun in the water, and a nice taverna serving lunches and snacks.

We feel very lucky to have found this lovely corner of Corfu, where there is just enough tourism to mean there are enough facilities to make things easy for us, and lively touristy places within striking distance, but still within a beautiful and largely undeveloped area.

As stated in the brochure superb views over the valley, excellent swimming pool overlooking the valley. The rooms are a delight with everything you need to cook and wash clothes if you have a mind to. The upper rooms offer plenty of balconies with which to sit on and enjoy the scenery. The decor and finnish for all the rooms is excellent. You could not ask for more from your holiday accomadation, it has every thing you need for a peaceful unstressed holiday. Local facilities are very good, and all the details are in the excellent guide book in the villa. Many thanks for very enjoyable holiday one that we will repeat again with you.

Best regards

Mike Spence

Another very enjoyable stay at Cochelli Villa. We were lucky to arrive just as the house martins were hatching from the nest above our front door. The building is cool, with light breezes blowing across the valley. It can, however, get very hot so it is useful that all appartments have air con.If you enjoy taking in the abundant fauna and flora this is for you.The villa looks out over a long green valley on one side with Avlaki bay, which is about 400 metres away,on the other. There are several fruit trees in the garden, which the owner encourages you to pick. There is a decent sized secluded pool with adequate loungers and umbrellas. There are 2 good tavernas on Avlaki bay and Ag. Stephanos is about 5 minutes drive further on with Kassiopi 5 mins the other way.A lovely peaceful spot, with more lively locations not too far away. Dave & Hertha White

We were pleasantly surprised with the location and setting of the apartment, with lovely views of the hills from the pool. Very quiet, apart from occasional digging/gardening noises from nearby properties. Quite often we had the pool to ourselves when the other guests were out and about. The two tavernas on Avlaki beach were very good, especially the one on the far side of the beach. However, we thought Kassiopi too far to walk for our evenings out, so a car would be very useful. While on holiday we had a family problem at home and we were very grateful for the help and assistance of the representative Agni. Would also like to recommend hiring a boat for a day, which you can do from Avlaki beach, that was a great adventure which our fussy teenagers really enjoyed. Would recommend Cochelli Villas to family and friends. One down side though, while the bedrooms were a good size, the living area was quite small for 4 people, but we weren't indoors much anyway!!

Dear Agni Travel

Just a short email to thank you for providing superb accommodation for Ian and myself whilst in Corfu - we had a marvelous time and felt very fortunate to have visited Avlaki.(we loved being serenaded by the resident somewhat asthmatic-sounding donkey across the valley!)

Again, many thanks for providing such superb accommodation, hopefully we will be able to re-book with you in the near future.

Best wishes

There was no one else in the next apartments so we had the place to ourselves. The balcony is sunny during the morning and overlooks pool and hills beyond. Owners Eleni and Makis, along with their friendly hospitality, looked after us throughout our stay, every recommendation they gave whether it be taverna, beach, places on the island to visit proved to be excellent. The locality is quite rural so we hired a car for 3 days to tour the island, but also like walking, so although you can only just see the beach from the balcony if you don't have a car it will only take 5mins to walk there. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay & would highly recommend to friends & family.

Thankyou for making our holiday so easy & relaxing. The villa was wonderful lots of space & an amazingly well-stocked kitchen with nice crockery & all the little mod-cons you could wish for. It was a pleasure to cook in & airy enough not to get steamy & hot. Location of the property was about as perfect as we could have wished for & your description was bang on. Easy walk to Kassiopi, I wouldn't call it a hike, usually accompanied by two delightful hounds. Pool was almost private as we were for 1 week of our 2 the only residents & apart from the neighbours drilling for water one day the place was incredibly peaceful... just what we & our young adult children were looking for. I got a bit elegiac about it all so here you go.....Every evening at 5.30 the beers were poured & the crisps opened. The house martins gathered on the electricity wires & preened before giving an aerial display of such magnificence that the red arrows would have been jealous. They swooped over the pool picking up insects the blue of the pool lining reflecting off their cream bellies lighting them up like neon fireworks. When you walk out of Kassiopi at night away from the lights the noise & the people you find yourself first in darkness & silence then you see the clear starlight hear the sounds of cicadas of nightjars & scops owl & smell wild sage sharp scent of cypress the heavy smell of September damp & the last evocative night sounds of goat bells before sitting by the pool again & counting constellations over an ouzo. Bliss
