Yes, I believe that the 1st block of apartments do have "restricted views". You could perhaps put in a request for a high floor........as even in this block, you do still get a view.
If it's more the noise you're worried about, then you could try and request one of the higher blocks (some are up a fairly steep hill). Not sure of room numbers etc I'm afraid.
If you're booked through a tour operator, then not all requests can be accommodated but it's always worth a try!

You can book a wide range of both boat and coach trips from any of the local travel agencies (www.kassiopi.com or www.cosmic-kassiopi.com are two that are recommended).
