When uploading photographs to the Site Gallery, please, can members place a caption with their photographs, ie, where, what, when, etc. It will make life a lot easier for me to move them to their correct locations within the Gallery.

If you want photos placed in the Gallery competition for May holiday photos, (and future months) can you please also indicate by adding, the following;

MC (May), JC (June), JYC (July), AC (Aug) and so one. By adding these letters I will know they are for the comp. At the end of the month, if your photos are not winners or selected for the end of season grand final, they will be moved to their appropriate galleries for further viewing.

Please help me to help you, so that your photos are located where you want them.

Two points regarding photographs being uploaded to the Gallery.

1. There is a lot of pics coming in, but I do not see any of them for the June photo competition, therefore they have been moved to their respective resorts or other sub galleries. If you want your picture to be entered for the June Photo Competion, the caption must read as follows: JC Title (including location) Date and who took the photograph.

If it does not show this caption, it will uploaded to its appropriate resort etc.

2. There are four photos in the upload section of the gallery with no captions at all. Please ensure that the caption is completed, ie, where, who, date etc, so that I can place it in its rightful locations.
