anyone been to this acom this is our third time in roda but not sure of location of robertos can anyone tell us what they are like cleanliness/quiet/noisey/etc

I've never stayed in them, personally, but they're in the old part of the town, directly behind the church.

It's generally a quiet-ish area. When do you go?

thanks jacks were going out on 27th june for 2wks third time in a row is the old part in the fork that takes u down to maggies.If anyone remembers us we took part in the quiz night at tropicana and year before at the crown with local hero tim we are the wigan pie-eaters c-u in 7weeks dave&elaine

Oh, you'll be there for my 2nd week then.

I drank in the Tropicana once last year - was there last 2 weeks in Sept - and I was drunker than I've EVER been. I don't remember the walk down from there to Makis at all. Seemingly I even went in & drank more when I got back down there. I was soooo the next morning. lol

Yeah, the church is opposite Maggie's & part of Robertos is in behind the church, so it's a great location.

Anyway, must look out for each other. I can see me walking up to everyone I meet & saying 'Are you Dave & Elaine?' lol
