It seems only the main forum page is slow, but the rest are fine. I have made the following changes to the main forum page:

• removed (for the moment) the latest gallery pictures
• latest posts from the menu (as they were being shown twice).
• The system does not run a PM check on the main page (all the others though)
• I've removed the 'who's in Corfu' title (below the forum stats)- as I haven't finished the coding yet Sorry.
• A couple of other speed up tweeks!

Let me know if the above has improved things.
