any were between 40  /50 euros which i think is worth it !!!!!!!!!! but first ask the rep at airport . how many drop offs ? is it sidari first?were are we on drop off list??? then you can judge if the bus or taxi wins !taxi will take about 40 mins , depending on driver of coarse!! if first off resort or near , take the bus ,if day time .scenery to resort lovely!!take thebus  if night taxi would win for me .

Last year the cost for us was 35 Euros - well worth it!

Hi Aje

As Sidari is the last stop for most tour operators unless they are going direct you can be in for a long journey. We paid 33 euros last year and it took 45 minutes to get to the resort. We check with the driver of the coach, not the rep and then decide what to do. Also be aware that not all taxi drivers know where your apartments are.

LOL

Hi again R&J,

Don't know about anyone else, but I'd stick with the Thomson transfer coach if your on a package for this one.

Two reasons........the transfer only takes an hour anyway (with some breathtaking views en-route) and you wouldn't want to miss out on the two minute "minibus" transfer down to the village from the main road (fabulous and memorable experience)

Hope this helps XX

i agree with trace - the north east coast road is spectacular (night or day) and is a fantastic introduduction to the splendours of our favourite island!

look out for the turning to agni taverna - you know your'e nearly 'there'!

Hi Becky and Tracey.

You've obviously never traveled the NE coast road at 1-30 AM. from San Steph to Tavros Crossing (Corfu By Night night club) with our driver (as it turned out drunk as a sack on a bottle of scotch) and our host (who will remain nameless ( with his brand new BMW))swapping places, side by side, only slotting in behind each other when an airport transfer coach came the other way,

And the return journey does'nt bear repeating at 6.30 AM. other than "W" threatened to set fire to his trowsers if he fell asleep again. ( Thats me being polite)

What a brilliant night though. If you really want to see how the locals let their hair down, get yourselves off to a "Bouzoukia" (they dont start untill 2AM.) weekends are best.

Bob.
