hello every one

we are going to corfu on the 20th may and i seem to remember reading ages ago something about a festival or celebration of some kind on the 21st of may.

has any one got any idea of if my memory is right or just playing tricks on me? if i am right could you please give me some infomation on where and when it will be. if i am right i think the kids ( and us too ) will love it.

Hi there Tony and Leigh,

May 21st celebrates Unification of the Ionian Islands on Corfu.

Every 21st of May, in Corfu Town, the inhabitants of the island celebrate the day of the union of Corfu with the new Greek State in 1864.
