I agree with Sue - Alpha Bank announced a merger with Eurobank (Alpha being the primary) last Autumn, so it's reasonable to assume that they are likely to be one of the more stable Banks in Greece. The site is available in English and is easy to use. You can transfer money from your Alpha Account to other banks and pay bills on-line, but you need to log-in with an additional password from a little pass-number generator "gizmo", but they will post that to you at a UK address.
If you want to make a transfer from a UK Bank via Internet Banking direct to your Alpha Account this facility is available from HSBC Bank, I don't know of any other UK Bank that provides International Transfers from within their Internet Banking - but I'm sure someone will put me right if there are other banks that do.
