Hi Trace,
Our actual anniversary was in February and we had a great meal locally, on the day, with our four sons (aged 21 - 27). They have also bought us a hot air balloon ride, that we are doing, dependant on weather conditions in April sometime.
So, our trip to Corfu is an opportunity to get away from it all (three of them still live at home), so we are celebrating from May 9th - 22nd inclusive.
This is not as arbitrary as it seems because we first met on May 14th,. thirty one years ago at the wedding of two friends - I was a friend of the groom and Dianne of the bride. 
Sorry Trace, this has been a bit of a long winded answer, so if you and Mr Trace would prefer to be alone on May 10th at Taverni Agni, that is perfectly understandable but we will be there on the 9th and probably the 11th.
