I will be driving out in early April for my sixth summer but have screwed up. I have booked my family to fly in to Corfu on Sun April 15th (Easter Sunday). Does anyone know what the ferry to Igoumenitsa situation will be? I think there will be a reduced service.

The ferries will be running on Easter Sunday, but, you are quite right there will be a reduced service.
Most ferry companies will publish their Easter schedules a few weeks in advance, so, if possible try to book the family's crossing in advance (may be once you get to Igoumenitsa).
You might have to be creative about how to get the actual tickets across to Corfu if you are staying on the mainland.

Ring 00302662365200 nearer the time to get the schedules, ring in office hours or you will be very lucky to get an English speaker there- the Greek service is automated.
Re the tickets, if they are on Corfu and you are on the mainland waiting for them the simplest thing is for them to buy the tickets at the ferry port, but it will be a seriously curtailed service.

There are no timetables yet for Easter as far as I can ascertain, but usually during the days leading up to Easter (Holy Week) there is an increased service to cope with the numbers of people coming to Corfu for Easter. On Easter Sunday however, services are usually cut back as everyone is here. However, there are certainly still ferries running on Sunday and they are unlikely to be crowded so getting tickets should not be a problem.
You are unlikely to be able to book in advance however.
More detailed info will only be available nearer the time.
