Its very quiet on here at the moment, is everyone in hibernation, or is everyone caught up with the preparation for Christmas. It seems a long time now since the season closed, and even longer till May till everything opens again. Hope everyone OK and looking forward to The festive season. Hopefully see some of you in Corfu next year lol Ann xxx

I suspect a lot of people are still trying to make sense of everything that's been happening as well as looking at their own financial position. Having just had the cost of our son's first car and insurance (!) and with Christmas on the way we're postponing any holiday decision for a while.

True Wynne. We were lucky and got a real bargain on flights and accomodation so thought we would risk it, and if all goes well will have more to spend when we get there. We would probably have spent more on an holiday here, and at least there a chance of good weather in Corfu, even when we go in May. Hope things pick up and then more people take the plunge. lol Ann xxx

Hi Ann,
All of the above probably apply, but I find the site does get very quiet in the winter. It generally picks up again end February/March when people's holidays are getting closer. We're going 21st May next year and will be in the same area as you, so might bump into each other! Moyra
