I like a lot of people got very excited when this website first started and I ordered a long list of things at the end of October, I got most of my things two weeks later and the rest a month later so I was already wary about ordering for Christmas and am I glad I didn't as I have seen what a let down this service has been to many people. But I must say (even though not grocery products) how super impressed I am with Amazon, we wanted a Dolco Gusto coffee maker but they were about 110 euros here but on Amazon it cost us 50 pounds and the best thing was because it was from amazon and sold by Amazon if was free delivery here! I ordered it on a Sunday night and the courier brought it to my house on Wednesday lunchtime! I then ordered all my Christmas gifts online from them to here and I didn't pay a penny in post, I am betting a lot of you knew this information already but I have only just discovered the free delivery out here and I'm well impressed!

Well, our friends had their mince pies - that were not the type she ordered and were crumbs by the time she received them - Christmas pudding and shortbread delivered on Saturday. The order we put in jointly with hers has still not arrived.
As the order was in my friend's name, she would have to go through the hassle of getting a refund for us. (It may still have to come to that though.) If it wasn't for that fact, I would cancel my part of the order altogether.
It really isn't good enough.
