I think that the cost would depend on wheir it will be sited could a diger get their, soile or rock. New build you might have a diger on site, you could price up the concreat rings yourself.
Or have one of the new type tanks with a air pump.
Depends on the price off the diger and driver look around for the best price, one might gust make it on how long it takes to dig other will charge by the day!!!
