I seem to remember that there was a lady on this forum last year who was planning to open a gluten free hotel/shop in Ipsos. I wondered if she is still on here and if she got any further with the licences she was trying to get to open up? Does anyone have any news on this?
I have been thinking of making gluten free cakes and treats to order and I would have liked to have a chat with her.

I must have read this and thought it was a shop but I think it refers to a small shop for the hotel visitors. I didn't realise it was started in 2008...time goes so fast!!!
