Hi, the hydrofoils won't come back this year. There is a replacement boat on a Monday and sometimes on a Friday, which leaves Paxos at 7am and leaves Corfu at 16.45. There are car ferries from Corfu on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, leaving at 11am from Corfu. The sea taxis are running most days with other people on, so the cost is not too huge, if you are planning to come to Paxos, you will need to give them a ring and just check they are running on the day you arrive.
Hope this helps.

If the Monday boat you mention is the Christina, I heard it's last trip for 2011 is October 10th. I've also heard from a couple of people that Nikos plans to take his sea taxis out for servicing in the next couple of weeks, but hopefully Andreas will still be operating albeit to/from Lakka. Concerning ferries, it seems to vary between AnaXora & Nikolaos, sometimes leaving at 10.30am from Corfu & sometimes 11.30am depending - so you need to check carefully!
