Hi Lavinia and thank you for you kind words. I would have replied sooner, but like your camera my pc is in the repair shop and I've only just seen you post!!
I'm so glad Miffy is proving to be all we'd hoped. Jule's post about her dog's breed made me smile - Corfu street dogs really are a complete melting pot of breeds. Miffy's sister, Luna, whom we have and is from the same litter, looks like a lurcher, a real shaggy dog story - absolutely no resemblance to a beagle at all, and has very long legs (probably got part of Miffy's share!). Their brother Roy lives with a local taverna owner and is even taller, but like Miffy is smooth coated and has more 'beagle-like' colouring. Miffy obviously carries her mother's height gene and father's markings, whereas Luna has her father's height and mother's markings...
In any event, I am so very pleased to have been able to help by effecting an introduction, and that this story has such a happy ending

Reading stories like this makes my heart sing!! With all of the stray cats and dogs I see on the Island, it's nice to know that there are kind folks out there who open their hearts and homes to our furry friends.

I'm soooo glad there are some happy endings for our 4 legged furry friends in Corfu, we hear so often about the strays & the hurt ones, it's great to know there are some wonderful people there to help them for life. I'm still wanting to know how TeaBag is these days in UK if anyone has any ideas! Sue x
