For £5 a month it really just isn't worth the hassle of trying to find a free sevice that may or may not work. If MyPrivate Network doesn't work you send them an email and they sort it. It takes 2 or 3 seconds to connect and disconnect.

I've been using the free Expat Shield for the last couple of months with no problems. I have read that there can be an issue with advertisements but I have used Firefox with the AdBlock add-in for several years and this seems to stop all the Expat Shield ads.
