The one we went on is Costa's horse riding, you can book in Sidari at the various travel shops(Vlasseros, value plus etc).
He normally picks you up from where you have booked or you'll be told otherwise.
We went as two adults and 1 child and went early evening, the trip went through olive groves & beach areas, you also got a drink.
We didn't know this at the time but Costa lives in the village where we have a home.
Below is a link to the information on this site and online elsewhere.
Have a great time.
Costas horse riding is the best in the area the horses are well cared for and Costa is very nice. His son will be running it this year but I highly recommend him.

As we have been to both, I would have to say Trailriders is the better of the two, but you'd need to have a hire car to get there from Sidari, but it's easy to find and well sign posted. And Sally caters for all levels of riding ability. Hope this helps.

The time of day could be influenced by the time of year as Costa operates from the very first day to the last one, weather permitting. The evening trek is popular but, by October, you could miss the lovely sunsets. At the height of summer, early morning may be preferable as it is cooler - it all depends on your preferences.

We will be over there late May/early June so I guess it will depend on the weather. I would prefer an evening but I thought the horses might be a bit tired by then. I might take the easy way out and let my daughter decide.

A few years back we did the 9 - 11am horse trip as we always go in August which gets quite hot in middle of the day, so thought the first trip would be best for us, but imagine the last trip at 7pm would be nice also. A nice trip to do and popular with children.
