Had to smile at the white fish covered in some sort of sauce.
One of my favourites is soutsoukakia but so often it is just fried meat balls covered in a red sauce, horrid, cooked slowly in the sauce in the oven delicious, especially if they are mostly meat and herbs, not breadcrumbs and a dash of meat LOL
Thanks Suzie for the name of this dish ... my eldest son first tried this when working in Corfu and he tried to pronounce it but kept saying it was called sougoukaka!!! Couldn't for the life of me think of what it was although he kept telling us it was meatballs done in the oven!!! He absolutely loved this dish lol but still can't pronounce it to this day!!!
