I'm trying but not going too well. Hubby's birthday today - daughter cooked lunch and I couldn't resist the roast potatoes (mash was available) followed by chocolate gateaux.
"Girls" night out tomorrow so will start again on Tuesday.
Scales are my enemy at the moment!
Will get back on track eventually.
Have been good for the last 3 years but fallen off the wagon for last 5 months following an illness.

Lost 2 and a half stone up till Christmas, I think Ive put on about a stone since.
I now have to lose 2 stone for my daughters wedding in September.
I can get it off easy, its keeping it off thats the struggle.

I agree Dave I can lose it fairly easy but come winter time it creeps back on again. I now have the task to lose 2 stone before my July holiday, which has a big birthday for me so even more of an incentive for me to do it

I have also overindulged on two previous holidays - gaining 1 1/2 stone!!! so I am now being really good and now hoping to shift the excess weight before my next holiday in May, so far so good at the moment I have lost 2 pounds last week so it's going in the right direction...

I think I need to sellotape my lips together!! But on a more positive note, I did return to salsacise this morning. Have to do something to lose some weight. I'm frightened of being rescued from the beach by Greenpeace!!!
